In 2017, a group of passionate youth began regularly visiting slum settlements in Pune to teach underserved children. Through this deep community engagement, they experienced significant growth in their own social and professional skills, as they were directly involved in hands-on learning, leadership, and real-world problem-solving.
The initiative continued even during the COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrating the team’s resilience and commitment to education and community development.
Over time, this grassroots effort evolved into a formal nonprofit organization. By 2026, the initiative had transitioned into an independent entity, focusing more intentionally on youth leadership development, skill-building, and creating livelihood pathways for young people from underserved communities.

We run collaborative initiatives that create direct access for youth to learning, skill development, practical applications, and career readiness opportunities, preparing them to actively participate in the evolving economy and industry.
This is a 15-day interstate volunteering program where youth participants plan and lead the entire journey. They receive structured support for Socio-Professional Leadership Development and engage in community initiatives in other states with our partner organizations.
Youth engage in high-need classrooms for 3–4 months, serving as facilitators. Through this experience, they develop key skills such as Planning, Execution, Professional Collaborative, Stakeholder Management, Relationship Building, and Decision-making.
Through this initiative our youth receive end-to-end support, including preparation, application guidance, and post-selection mentoring for reputed fellowships across India. These professional engagements enable youth to gain Real-world experience, Start earning, and Build pathways toward purposeful careers.
